Greens Baked Choc Chip OatsÂ
INGREDIENTSÂ
½ cup almond flourÂ
½ cup self raising flourÂ
1 sachet or scoop Coconut Greens powder
¼ tsp cinnamonÂ
½ cup plant milkÂ
1/3 cup dark chocolateÂ
2 tsp coconut oil or coconut butterÂ
½ tsp vanillaÂ
ToppingsÂ
½ coconut cream whippedÂ
½ tsp Coconut greens powderÂ
MethodÂ
In a bowl mix together the almond flour, self raising flour, cinnamon, Coconut Greens powder, plant milk, dark chocolate and coconut oilÂ
plus the vanilla and mix together well until it comes together like a thick cake batter.Â
Pour this batter to a microwave safe bowl and cook for 2-4 minutes until done.Â
Mix together the coconut cream with the greens powder and add this icing to the top of the choc chip oats decorate with mint leaves and enjoy !Â
