Greens Baked Choc Chip OatsĀ 

INGREDIENTSĀ 

Ā½ cup almond flourĀ 

Ā½ cup self raising flourĀ 

1 sachet or scoop Coconut Greens powder

Ā¼ tsp cinnamonĀ 

Ā½ cup plant milkĀ 

1/3 cup dark chocolateĀ 

2 tsp coconut oil or coconut butterĀ 

Ā½ tsp vanillaĀ 

ToppingsĀ 

Ā½ coconut cream whippedĀ 

Ā½ tsp Coconut greens powderĀ 

MethodĀ 

In a bowl mix together the almond flour, self raising flour, cinnamon, Coconut Greens powder, plant milk, dark chocolate and coconut oilĀ 

plus the vanilla and mix together well until it comes together like a thick cake batter.Ā 

Pour this batter to a microwave safe bowl and cook for 2-4 minutes until done.Ā 

Mix together the coconut cream with the greens powder and add this icing to the top of the choc chip oats decorate with mint leaves and enjoy !Ā
