Subscription Policy
- Overview
When you subscribe to Coconut Greens Co., you’ll receive repeat deliveries based on the frequency you select. Your payment method is stored securely and charged automatically for each renewal until you pause, skip, or cancel future cycles. - Welcome Gift (fair-use rule)
Subscribers may receive a Welcome Gift with their first order (as shown at checkout when available). If you cancel before your 2nd delivery, please either return the Welcome Gift at your cost, or a $20 charge will apply. - Managing your subscription

We’ll send a reminder 3 days before each renewal so you have time to manage your plan—please add shop@coconutgreens.com to your address book so you receive these alerts. During checkout you’re clearly shown when one or more items are on a subscription plan, and subscription messaging appears on the product page, plan selector, cart, and checkout. - Payments & pricing
• The subscription price used is the price at the time the order processes (or a lower eligible promotional price, if applicable).
• If a charge fails, we may retry the stored card or another payment method on your account. - Cancellations & refunds
• You can pause, skip, or cancel at any time to stop future renewals.
• Once a subscription order is processed/charged, it’s already in progress and can’t be cancelled or refunded.
• No refunds are issued for accidental renewals.
• “I didn’t know it was a subscription”: the subscription status is disclosed at multiple points in the purchase flow and via renewal reminders; refunds aren’t issued on this basis.

For subscribers who joined under our BFF (Black Friday Forever) offer, the subscription price is locked for as long as the subscription remains active and uninterrupted.
• Keeps the price lock: normal skips and pauses are fine, provided the subscription isn’t cancelled and payment details are kept current.
• Loses the price lock: cancellation, plan/product change to a non-BFF variant, or a payment lapse that exceeds our retry window may end eligibility. If reactivated later, the then-current price applies.
• What can still change: shipping, taxes/duties, and regional surcharges are outside the price lock.
• Sunset notice: We will only retire BFF for new sign-ups in unavoidable circumstances—such as product shortages, significant raw-material price increases, or other material changes. Existing BFF subscribers will remain grandfathered under the terms above; any material changes will be communicated in advance. - Changes to subscription terms
We may update subscription pricing, policies, or the Welcome Gift from time to time. We’ll communicate material changes in advance.
Pre-Orders
When you place a pre-order, you’re purchasing an item that is out of stock or not yet released. We may collect no payment or a partial deposit at checkout, store your payment method, then fulfill and charge the full (or remaining) amount at a future date.
• You may cancel an unfulfilled pre-order (including partially paid) at any time.
• Once a pre-order is fulfilled/charged, it can’t be cancelled, but you can request a refund per our Returns & Refunds policy: https://coconutgreens.com/policies/refund-policy
Try Before You Buy (where offered)
Occasionally we may offer Try Before You Buy on select items. You’ll provide a valid payment method at checkout. If you keep the item beyond the stated trial period or return it used/damaged or incomplete, your payment method will be charged the indicated amount. Instructions, timelines, and return conditions will be shown on the offer page at the time of purchase.
