100 grams pistachios
2/3 cup dried apricots, whole or chopped
3/4 cup dates, soaked and drained
1/2 cup shredded coconut
1/3 cup buckinis
1-2 scoops vanilla protein powder
1 scoop @coconutgreens powder
1-2 tbsp coconut oil or PB
splash of plant milk (as needed)
METHOD
🌿 Blend or process nuts, protein powder and dates until well combined. If you’re using whole apricots, add these in now to chop.
Makes approx. 12 bliss balls!
