APRICOT + PISTACHIO BLISS BALLS
This combo of apricot, pistachio and coconut is spot on for a hit of crunch and are a delicious gut loving snack ✨✨✨
Also packed with approx. 8-10 serving of veggies with my go to organic nutrient booster @coconutgreens and protein to repair muscle post workout.

These protein green bliss balls are the perfect way to refuel your body with micro nutrients and macro nutrients for complete nutrition.
RECIPE
100 grams pistachios
100 grams pistachios
100 grams cashews
2/3 cup dried apricots, whole or chopped
3/4 cup dates, soaked and drained
1/2 cup shredded coconut
1/3 cup buckinis
1-2 scoops vanilla protein powder
1 scoop @coconutgreens powder
1-2 tbsp coconut oil or PB
splash of plant milk (as needed)
METHOD
🌿 Blend or process nuts, protein powder and dates until well combined. If you’re using whole apricots, add these in now to chop.

1 scoop @coconutgreens powder
1-2 tbsp coconut oil or PB
splash of plant milk (as needed)
METHOD
🌿 Blend or process nuts, protein powder and dates until well combined. If you’re using whole apricots, add these in now to chop.
🌿 Add the remaining ingredients and process to combine.
🌿 Add a tiny bit of plant milk only if needed to help bind the ingredients.
🌿 Roll into large balls and if your heart desires, roll in more coconut!
