This combo was mint to be 🌿

If you’ve got 10 minutes to spare and you’re a choc mint addict, then you’ve gotta give these a go!

Perfectly minty and crunchy, these will be your go-to snack anytime of day.
With an organic nutrient booster from the @coconutgreens powder, not only will you love the taste, but your gut and mind will love them too!

2 cups almond meal
6 dates, soaked
A few splashes of date water or plant milk
1 scoop @coconutgreens powder
1/3 cup shredded coconut
chocolate PP or cacao powder
3-4 tbsp cacao nibs
approx. 6 mint leaves or 2 tsp mint extract (depending on desired intensity)

Blend all ingredients except cacao nibs in a high powered blender or food processor. Adjust liquid as necessary to help bind the mix, little by little.

Once fully blended, mix in the cacao nibs with a spoon and begin rolling into balls. Finally, roll them in cacao powder or chocolate PP.

This mix makes between 8-12 balls. Perfect with a morning coffee or arvo cuppa tea 💚
