There are few forces of nature that can compare with chocolate, if you agree you will love these. Can you spot the greens? (Neither will your children)

Raw treats are not only quick and easy to make they are an amazing way to sneak extra nutrients into kids or fussy eaters. These immune bliss balls improve digestion and remove harmful toxins while reducing inflammation and will be a hit with the whole family. 

Time to make - 5 minutes prep / 5 minutes roll

Serving - Yields 20

Ingredients

1/2 cup melted coconut oil

1/4 cup melted rice malt syrup 

1.5 cups almond meal

12 dates pitted 

1 tsp coconut greens powder 

1/2 cup cacao nibs

1/3 cup goji berries

2 tbsp chia seeds

1 tsp cacao powder

shredded coconut for rolling in

Method

Soak dates in hot water for 5 minutes 

Combine all ingredients (except cacao nibs) in food processor or thermomix and blend. 

Then stir through cacao nibs 

Refrigerate for 30 minutes to make them easier to roll

Roll into balls and coat with shredded coconut

Place in container in fridge or freeze - Yum

Our tip  freeze in lots of 3 to make a quick snack for school or work.

These raw treats are great for packing into lunches or helping with afternoon cravings… you wont be able to stop with just one!
