GREENS CHOCOLATE CHIP MUFFINS
These 20 minute immune boosting muffins are packed with additive free greens powder, lots of protein and healthy fats which means it's the perfect mid afternoon sweet treat and the bonus... the kids will love them too!
1 cup almond flour
1 cup self raising flour
¼ cup maple syrup
1 pinch cinnamon
4 Tbsp Coconut Greens powder
¼ cup vegan dark chocolate chips
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup plant milk
¼ cup coconut oil or coconut butter
Mix together all ingredients the almond and self raising flour, maple syrup, cinnamon, Coconut Greens powder, chocolate chips, vanilla extract, plant milk and the coconut oil until it comes together like a thick cake like batter.
Grease your muffin tray with coconut oil then add in scoops of the batter up each muffin hole.
Add extra dark chocolate chips to the top.
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and add the muffins bake for 20 minutes until cooked.
Garnish with Coconut Greens powder !
