Ingredients:
1 scoop Coconut Greens
1 tablespoon Vanilla essence
1 cup coconut milk
2 cups of Fruit (e.g., strawberries, kiwifruit, mango, blueberries)
Method:
1. Slice up your chosen fruit.
2. Fill the moulds with fruit (tip - Use a popsicle stick to press the fruit against the sides of the mould, so you'll be able to see it better when the coconut milk freezes).
3. In a blender, add the Coconut greens, vanilla essence, coconut milk and blend.
4. Pour the liquid into moulds.
5. Add the sticks and freeze for 4-6 hours.
