Currently, our dispatch times are between 7-10 business days from the date you placed your order. 95% of our orders are normally dispatched within 24 hours (our warehouse team are very efficient!). However, due to the busy time of year and increase in orders we’ve received from our Birthday Sale, our dispatch times have grown. We hope you bear with us as we work to get through the backlog of orders shipped as soon as possible.
Once your order leaves our warehouse, you’ll receive an email or SMS notification.
