This website is operated by Coconut Greens Co (“we”, “us”, “our”). Throughout the site, “you” means the user/customer. By visiting our site and/or purchasing from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”), including additional terms, conditions and policies referenced here or available by link.

Please read these Terms carefully before using our website. If you do not agree to all the Terms, you may not access the website or use any services. If these Terms are considered an offer, acceptance is expressly limited to these Terms. Any new features or tools added to the current store are also subject to these Terms. You can review the most current version of these Terms at any time on this page. We reserve the right to update or change these Terms by posting updates to the website. Your continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides the e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

  1. Eligibility and Accounts
    • You must be at least the age of majority in your state/territory to purchase.
    • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity on your account.

    • You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorised purpose, nor violate any laws in your jurisdiction.

    We are not responsible if information on this site is inaccurate, incomplete or not current. Material is provided for general information only. We may modify the site’s contents at any time without obligation to update information. You agree it is your responsibility to monitor changes.
  5. Modifications to the Service and Prices
    • Prices for our products are subject to change without notice (except where a price-lock applies under an offer such as BFF, see Section 9).
    • We may modify or discontinue the Service (or any part/content) without notice. We are not liable for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance.
  6. Products or Services
    • Certain products/services may be available exclusively online and may have limited quantities; returns/exchanges are according to our Returns & Refunds policy.
    • We try to display colours/images accurately but cannot guarantee your device’s display.
    • We may limit sales by person/household/region, limit quantities, change descriptions/pricing, or discontinue products at any time.
    • Natural variation: due to real ingredients, subtle differences in taste, colour or texture can occur between batches.
  7. Accuracy of Billing and Account Information
    • We may refuse any order and limit or cancel quantities per person/household/order/account/payment card/address. If we change or cancel an order, we may notify you via the contact details provided.
    • You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information and to promptly update your details (including email and card expiry).

  8. Optional Tools and Third-Party Services
    • We may provide access to third-party tools “as is” and “as available” without warranties or endorsement and with no liability arising from their use.
    • New features or services offered through the site will also be subject to these Terms.
    • Links to third-party sites are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for their content, products or practices. Please review their policies before transacting.
  9. Pricing, Promotions and BFF Price-Lock
    • Prices display in your local currency where available and may change without notice. Taxes, duties, shipping and surcharges may apply by region.
    • Promotions and discount codes cannot be combined unless explicitly stated and may be withdrawn at any time.
    • “BFF” Black Friday Forever — Price-Lock Promise: If you joined under BFF, your subscription product price is locked while the subscription remains active and uninterrupted.
    – Keeps the price lock: normal skips/pauses are fine, provided the subscription is not cancelled and payment details remain current.
    – Loses the price lock: cancellation, switching to a non-BFF plan, or payment lapse beyond our retry window. On reactivation, current pricing applies.
    – What can still change: shipping, taxes/duties, and regional surcharges.
    – Sunset: We will only retire BFF for new sign-ups in unavoidable circumstances (e.g., product shortage, significant raw-material price increases, or other material changes). Existing BFF subscribers remain grandfathered; any material changes will be communicated in advance.
  10. Shipping and Delivery
    Shipping rates, timeframes, tracking, Authority to Leave (ATL), Returned-to-Sender (RTS), and transit-cover options are governed by our Shipping & Delivery policy:

  11. Returns, Refunds and Exchanges
    Change-of-mind returns (unopened, 14 days, customer-paid tracked postage), taste preference exclusions, faulty/damaged item process, and non-returnables are governed by our Returns & Refunds policy:

  12. Subscriptions (Recurring Purchases)

    • We send a renewal reminder 3 days before each renewal; add 

    shop@coconutgreens.com to your address book to ensure you receive these alerts.• Once a subscription order is processed/charged it cannot be cancelled or refunded. You can pause/skip/cancel to stop future renewals.

    • No refunds for accidental renewals or claims of not noticing subscription disclosures shown during the purchase journey and in renewal reminders.
    • Welcome Gift fair-use and other terms are outlined in our Purchase Options policy.
  13. Pre-Orders and Try Before You Buy
    • Pre-orders may be cancelled any time before fulfilment/charge; after fulfilment, our Returns & Refunds policy applies.
    • Try Before You Buy (where offered) requires a valid payment method and adherence to the trial window/return conditions shown at purchase. Unreturned/used/damaged items will be charged.
  14. User Content (Reviews/UGC)
    By submitting reviews, photos or other content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, reproduce, edit and display that content in our marketing (website, ads, social), subject to our Privacy Policy. Do not submit unlawful, infringing or harmful content.
  15. Prohibited Uses
    You must not use the site or its content for unlawful purposes; to violate regulations; to infringe IP; to harass/abuse/defame; to submit false or misleading information; to upload malware; to collect personal information without consent; to spam/phish; or to bypass security. We may terminate access for violations.
  16. Health & Safety & Regulatory Disclaimer
    Our products are foods/supplements, not medicines. Information on this site is general and not a substitute for medical advice. Always read the label and follow the directions for use. If pregnant, breastfeeding, on medication, or with a medical condition, consult a healthcare professional before use. Results vary between individuals.

  17. Errors, Inaccuracies and Omissions
    Occasionally the site may contain errors or omissions (including pricing, charges, availability). We reserve the right to correct and cancel orders where information is inaccurate, where permitted by law.
  18. Limitation of Liability
    To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, data, goodwill or business arising from use of our site or products. Our aggregate liability will not exceed the amount paid for the product(s) giving rise to the claim.
  19. Indemnity
    You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Coconut Greens Co and our officers, employees, agents, partners and suppliers from any claim or demand (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms, violation of law, or infringement of third-party rights.
  20. Severability
    If any provision of these Terms is unlawful, void or unenforceable, that provision is severed to the extent necessary; the remainder remains in effect.
  21. Termination
    These Terms are effective unless terminated by you or us. You may terminate by ceasing site use and notifying us. We may terminate immediately if we believe you’ve breached these Terms; you remain liable for amounts due up to the termination date.
  22. Force Majeure
    We are not responsible for delays or failure to perform due to causes beyond our reasonable control (including natural disasters, epidemics, war, labour disputes, government action, carrier or supplier failures).
  23. Governing Law and Venue
    These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. You submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria and the Commonwealth of Australia.
  24. Changes to These Terms
    We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted with the “Last updated” date revised. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.
