Our Beginning

We’re Jo and Geoff — founders of Coconut Greens, science professionals and parents from Melbourne.

Like so many busy families, we knew how hard it can be to put health first when mornings are messy, kids don’t love veggies, and there’s never enough time.

Our turning point came when Geoff, after training for his second Ironman, ended up in hospital two weeks before the race. His immune system had shut down. It wasn’t about pushing harder — it was about fuelling smarter.

That moment sparked a big question:

“What if a greens drink could actually taste good… and work?”

Building Coconut Greens

With Jo’s background in microbiology and Geoff’s 22+ years in oncology health, we set out to make a daily greens blend that was:

• Nutrient-dense enough to matter
• Simple enough for real routines
• Tasty enough that even kids would enjoy it

The result was Coconut Greens — the first superfood powder to combine hydrating coconut water with powerful organic supergreens.
