¼ Cup Canned Coconut Cream (hardened overnight) or Canned Cold Pressed Coconut Flesh
2 Avocados (peeled)
2 Ripe Spotty Banana Chunks (frozen)
3 Tbsp Maple Or Agave Syrup
1 Tbsp Lemon Juice (freshly squeezed)
½ - 1 Scoop @coconutgreens Powder (8 serves of veggies)
4 Ice Cream Cones
1. The night before, refrigerate a can of coconut milk overnight (upside down - if using).
2. To a high speed blender or high powdered food processor, add all the ingredients. (If using the refrigerator method for the coconut, scoop only the thick coconut and save the coconut water for another recipe). Blend until smooth and creamy. Taste, add more sweetener if needed.
3. Transfer the mixture into a freezer-safe container, and place into the freezer for at least 3-4 hours. If freezing overnight, allow to soften at room temperature for 10-15 minutes before serving. Enjoy!
