Ingredients:
1/2 cup gluten-free oats
2 Tbsp black chia seeds
20-30g vegan Chocolate PP (protein powder)
1 scoop Coconut Greens (8.4g)
1/2 to 1 cup plant-based milk
1/2 cup water
Optional Toppings - pepitas, sunflower seeds, sliced apple, banana, cacao nibs, berries, a dollop of coconut yoghurt or nut butter
Method:
1. Heat oats, chia, and water over low heat until warmed and bubbling for about 2 minutes.
2. Add chocolate PP, Coconut Greens, and plant-based milk, stirring continuously to prevent clumping.
3. Once fully combined and heated for a couple of minutes, remove from heat (avoid boiling to prevent burning).
4. Transfer the mixture to a Coconut Greens coconut bowl and add desired toppings for a delicious treat.
5. Enjoy!
