Coconut Greens Anti-inflammatory Chia pods

“You cheer, I cheer, we all cheer for Chia Pods’ :)

These gorgeous healthy snacks can be prepared in advance and you can serve with seasonal friut such as blueberries, kiwi fruit, mango, raspberries and strawberries.

This clean eating, healthy chia pudding recipe is vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free, paleo-friendly and contains no refined sugar.

Time to make 

5 minutes prep then place in refrigerator for 1 hour

Serving 

3 mason jars

Ingredients

6 tbs organic chia

3 tsp Vanilla bean paste / extract / pod

sprinkle of turmeric to each

3 cups nut milk either coconut milk /almond milk/ macadamia milk

3 tsp coconut greens powder

3 mason jars with lids

Method

To each mason jar add:

2 tbs of chia seeds, 1 tsp coconut greens , 1 tsp vanilla and a sprinkle tumeric.  Next add the 1 cup of nut milk of choice,

Place lid on jar, shake well and place in fridge for 1 hour for chia to expand or refrigerate until next day.

Our Tip Spice things up naturally by using cinnamon or nutmeg 

Chia pods have a pudding like texture and are a convenient on-the-go superfood snack.  Adding turmeric boosts your immune system as it’s a natural anti-inflammatory.
