Greens Baked Choc Chip Oats 

INGREDIENTS 

½ cup almond flour 

½ cup self raising flour 

1 sachet or scoop Coconut Greens powder

¼ tsp cinnamon 

½ cup plant milk 

1/3 cup dark chocolate 

2 tsp coconut oil or coconut butter 

½ tsp vanilla 

Toppings 

½ coconut cream whipped 

½ tsp Coconut greens powder 

Method 

In a bowl mix together the almond flour, self raising flour, cinnamon, Coconut Greens powder, plant milk, dark chocolate and coconut oil 

plus the vanilla and mix together well until it comes together like a thick cake batter. 

Pour this batter to a microwave safe bowl and cook for 2-4 minutes until done. 

Mix together the coconut cream with the greens powder and add this icing to the top of the choc chip oats decorate with mint leaves and enjoy !
