How to make the Immunity Booster Smoothie

This Vitamin C rich booster will aid collagen production and absorption of iron while the ginger will improve digestion for a cleansing immunity boosting zing

Ingredients:

1/2 JUICED LEMON

2 TBSP JUICED ORANGE

1/2 TSP GINGER PINCH OF TURMERIC

1.5 CARROTS GRATED

2 TBSP COCONUT YOGHURT

1 CUP FROZEN PINEAPPLE

1 CUP CHILLED WATER 1/2 CUP OF ICE

Once poured in glass: Dust with a pinch of Coconut Greens & stir
