Our ingredient list is in our name – coconut and greens. But let’s break that down a little.

Here’s what you get in every serving of Coconut Greens.

Coconut Water.

A nutritional goldmine that hydrates you even faster than water, coconut water is rich in potassium, high in calcium, and totally fat- and cholesterol-free. We source ours from young coconuts, using a dehydrator to strip away moisture while preserving the nutrients.

Spirulina.

One of the most powerful green superfoods around, spirulina is a plant protein rich in carotenoids, essential fatty acids and trace minerals such as magnesium, calcium and iron – along with potent antioxidents and plant pigments.

Apple.

A key source of pectin, apples help balance digestive flora, naturally treat candida overgrowth, and gently detox your body.

Chlorella.

Brimming with the highest known concentrations of chlorophyll known to man, chlorella is a micro-algae providing beta-carotene, carotenoids, vitamin C, iron and protein. Ours has been treated to be gentle on the stomach.

Alfalfa.

Alfalfa is naturally high in fibre, B complex vitamins and vitamins A, C, D, E and K. An excellent source of protein, it’s also packed with calcium, magnesium, phosphorous, potassium and trace minerals.

Wheatgrass.

A good source of vitamin E, wheatgrass can help protect against free radicals, promoting overall health and helping maintain a healthy immune system. It’s also loaded with essential trace minerals such as calcium, magnesium, selenium and iron
Barley Leaf.

An excellence source of vitamins and trace minerals such as potassium, calcium, magnesium, iron, copper, phosphorus, manganese, zinc, beta carotene, and essential B vitamins.

Kale.

A green smoothie essential, kale is a rich source of carotenoids. It’s high in Vitamin C and K while also providing plenty of calcium and potassium. 

Broccoli.

This popular cruciferous vegetable contains high levels of sulphur-rich glucosinolates, which help to cleanse and strengthen the blood.

Spinach.

A nutrition-packed green rich in chlorophyll and antioxidants, spinach is an excellent source of key vitamins and minerals including iron, calcium, potassium, phosphorus, zinc, selenium and omega-3 fatty acids.
