Well after looking at the picture above in my Facebook memories feed i have found some new inspiration to take on a new challenge.
After completing 3 IRONMAN's from 2011-13 I have spend a lot of potential training time developing and launching Coconut Greens and now that it is up and running it is time to return to training and achieving my fitness goals.
So what do I do? Well it's obvious an Ultra Marathon!
So in November this year i will complete a 50k ultra marathon on the undulating trails in picturesque Marysville Australia. A community devastated in the black Saturday fires in 2009 that has rebuilt stronger than ever before. This event supports the local community.
This blog will give you a picture into the journey to become an Ultra marathon. Whatever you aspire to achieve in your fitness goals I will give you a framework, planning methodology and practical advice to tick off a bucket list event.
